To every thing there is a season, and a
time to every purpose under the heaven; A time to be born, and
a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that
which is planted;/// a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a
time to mourn, and a time to dance; - Ecclesiastes 3:1,2,4
Passing of the Torch
Mother loves us before birth and introduces us to the world
She protects us and loves us when our team is losing
She is our constant in a world of inconsistency.
She pushes us out of the nest when it's time to go
An when the world rejects us
She shares our pain and hugs us
Pats our back and says, "I know."
Now when her chair is empty,
Her shawl laid by to rest
We walk the path that she once walked
The loss of the world's best.
